Lovely hotel, complimentary tea and coffee is served 24hours a day in a really trendy lounge. Very clean, lovely beds, plenty of room. The bubble bath and sauna are great after a day of shopping. Staff were very helpful. Not much of a view from the bedroom, but we didnt care about that. more

This hotel is well situted for downtown Chicago, but is really very basic, and not what I expected. The rooms (allocated to me and my group) were very small, dark, with little daylight, backing on to a multistory car park. There were no hotel facilities at all! Only vending machines. I honestly don't "get it." Why people give this hotel such a high rating, and why it has earned a 3-Diamond Rating? First of all, I am a Choice Hotels Rewards Member, so when I stayed, I had to use 20,000 points to stay here (normal Choice Hotels take 8,000 points). 5 of us stayed at the comfort Inn and Suites over Laor Day Weekend and thought it was a great location, continental breakfast was good. The hotel is clean and everyone is very polite.
