Funny how no one has mentioned that the rooms don't have curtains. Oh, yeah they have these little sheer curtains but you can still see out and of course anyone can see in. The hotel is situated in the nicest part of Chicago and the building is great. The Pump Room has this impressive history. Rooms are very nice and according to expectations. However, the personnel of the hotel was below expectations, correct but not what you are used to in these type of hotels. more
