I had contacted the guest and refunded his credit card. Unfortunately we were under going software changes and the guest card was charged. With a glitch in our software program. We felt very bad for this matter and apolgized for our mistake.

I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. They do not honor what they advertise, staff members get agitated by people who ask to look at rooms, and they have a very funny smell to the room. I have seen enough reviews from various other sites to know to go elsewhere. more

Room was very spacious and clean. Modern furniture and appliances. Very comfortable king size bed. At $79 per night (AAA rate) this was a great value. Would definitely recommend. more
