Room smelled like urine. Asked to move, they wouldnt listen or even go check my room. Offered a spray can instead. There was really only one desk clerk that was rude, but he was very rude. I spoke with him on the phone when I arrived at the airport. I was very happy to find that a very nice man had taken his place by the time I arrived. The hotel is a good value, and the breakfast was good. more

The Comfort Inn in Elk Grove Village advertises on the internet rooms with two queen beds. We reserved one of these rooms but when we arrived we found that it had two double beds.
