I have to say I enjoyed me stay at the Best Western Hotel in Muncie. In places it has a faded appearance, but the rooms are great and very comfortable. Just about the worst experience ever. Ruinning toilet. Smelly room when we had reserved non-smoking. Desk clerk couldn't reassign room because he couldn't operate the computer. Furniture broken, carpet dirty, toilet runing and a gang of noisy teenagers all night long who the front desk would not confront. Never again! more
