We stayed for 2 nights,the hotel was chosen for it's proximity to Galena.The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful.We were pleasantly surprised with Dubuque,and enjoyed a boat trip on the Mississippi.Galena was very interesting too. more

This looked like a newer Hampton Inn; the bed was soft but not too soft, the furniture was in great condition, it was a quiet hotel not street noise, the breakfast was the standard Hampton Inn fare which means it was good. I'd stay here again. more

Nice property, very clean, only about a year old. Very comfortable beds, nice sized bathrooms and we did have a bathtub with our 2Qbed room. We stayed at the Hampton Inn this past weekend to attend the Country Faire in Galena. We were very happy with the facility...still very new, always very clean. The beds have pillowtops and great pillows...very comfortable, indeed. The bathrooms are walk-in showers only (kind of miss the opportunity for a long soak in the tub).
