Nice rooms, great bathrooms, the suites are absolutely marvelous. Views of the mall in downtown Iowa City. Excellent deli and wine store downstairs. Clearly the best pet friendly hotel in Iowa and maybe in the upper midwest. Worth every bit of $140+. more

I stayed in this new hotel in May of 2006. It is located in a great area in downtown Iowa City right off the pedestrian mall. It is connected to the parking ramp by a covered walkway.
