Was very disappointed. Was supposed to have a continental breakfast...was none. No alarm clock in the room. (They quit putting them in cause everyone ripped them off). We arrived very late, about 1:30 a.m. to an empty lobby/front desk. After waiting 20 minutes and ringing the bell numerous times I was able to rouse an attendent by using my cell phone and calling the hotel. He claimed to be making a security check.
