The room itself was just OK. The chair was comfortable, there was adequate lighting. The bed was GREAT and they gave me a choice of pillows (I like the small, flat one the best). I love this hotel. The beds are so soft that I sleep great. The staff is friendly and helpful. You really do feel like a guest here, not like just another customer, if that makes any sense.
