1st of all...hotels.com was wonderful, easy to make reservations, very helpful to work with after Super 8 messed our room up that we chose when making our reservations. When we arrived, the clerk gave us our room #, I asked him, "we do have a hot tub, right?"...his answer was no, this is the only room we have left. Well,... more
