This was the 2nd time we have stayed at this hotel. It is very clean and the service is excellent. Would highly recommend staying here to anyone. It is not as fancy as the Casino hotels but it 's not as pricey either. We will stay again. more

Ended up in a smoking room, but since we had accidentally messed up our departure date for the Independence Bowl we didn't complain when they helped us out. We stayed for the second time at Microtel last weekend. The hotel is no-frills, but clean and comfortable. If you are not familiar, the rooms are very small. The staff was competent and in no way rude or problematic. We asked for an extra pillow and had one within 5 minutes. It is a pain that there is only one... more

This motel room had flourescent lighting instead of the drab, gloomy lights in most motels. The light over the bed made it very good for reading in bed, which is impossible in most motels around the country. We had a suite and felt that the space was very well utilized and allocated. Microtels are generally more than comfortable, if a bit sparse, but this one was really seedy. Examples of what was wrong in the room: Kleenex holder was rusty and there was no Kleenex.
