Great service right from check-in. Could not give us a non-smoking room but smoking room was fine, no smell. They apologized even though I made the reservation with the understanding that I was getting a smoking room. Offered to refresh it again if I wished. Check-in was a breeze. Very quick & efficient. We parked our car in their FREE garage. The garage fills up quickly, but there is satellite parking in a nearby lot. The hotel was fine. Not great , Not bad . Just fine. The front desk girl was great , very helpful. It was just blocks from the shops and water. But it was older, and felt it. I really thought it was not worth the money. We paid 170.00, and I felt ripped off. more

Our room on the 10th floor was disgusting! It felt dirty from the moment we walked in. When we turned down the beds it was obvious someone had slept in it and the sheets hadn't been changed.
