I went on a trip with my school to washington d.c. We spent two nights at the ramada and everyone couldn't wait to leave. The first night we were all expecting to go swimming but little did we know there was no water in the pool. So we could not swim. In my hotel room the toliet was not working... more

After reading the reviews on this site, I hemmed and hawed about where to put my family on our vacation. Saving money on the hotel, in order to spend it elsewhere on our trip, was important. I decided that I would book the room and then move, if it wasn't acceptable. When I called the hotels.com number, I asked them... more

My husband and I were trying to get away for a few days.. away from our kids! We chose this hotel for its location. Upon check-in the woman at the front desk was snubbing us from the start. She tried to tell us that our reservation was for one of the "crappy" rooms on the outside. We ended up having... more

I checked in late, the night staff was wonderful, polite and helpful. I was given a late check out with no problem. I parked my car for a week while I was traveling. The driver of the shuttle was very good. The room was large, clean and a great value for the money. wireless internet microwave and fridge added extras.... more

This inn was absolutely a nightmare! I was planning to stay from April 12 -15. We couldn't stand even one minute of this place. They told us the only room available was on the outside 2nd floor. The room smelled of smoke. The two double beds were so worn as you sat on it you could hear the springs or... more

I recently stayed here with my sons soccer team for a two night stay to attend a soccer tournament. The first room that was assigned to my son and I reaked of smoke despite having asked for a non smoking room. In addition, this room had mold growing in every corner. Blankets had cigarette holes in them. This was in... more

The water was hot, the heating worked but the beds were hard as a rock. We might as well have been sleeping on the floor with sheets. When we checked in they tried to overcharge me and said it was because of taxes. When I checked out, I physically went to the office to do so because I didn't think... more

The reviewers were right, we should have stayed away. We stayed there on 7/29-30/06. The desk people weren't very friendly. It was a big imposition on them to tell me about local movie theaters. The beds were rock hard, so were the pillows. There were cob webs behind the door and over the vanity. The tub had multiple cigarette burns... more

The room reaked of smoke. There were cigarette burns in the tub. The hotel phone system was broken. The janitorial staff cleaned about every 2-3 days. The desk staff were in every way unhelpful. Even the restaurant food was atrocious. I knew it was bad when we pulled up into the parking lot and saw people sitting on their trunks... more

HORRIBLE!! The GM was the rudest person I have ever come in contact with. I even called customer service to report and did not recieve any help on that end either. I will NEVER---DID I SAY NEVER---stay at a Ramada again. I thougth I'd try another hotel but I should have known...I will now forever be faithful to the Marriott... more
