Stayed here with my 14 year old son as part of a trip to Boston and Cape Cod. The house is well furnished, decorated and maintained. Very comfortable with good facilities. Very good continental breakfast. Owners very helpful. Well located with all the bars and restaurants in easy walking distance but still quiet and peaceful at night more

I stayed at the Beaconlight years ago when it was owned by Trevor and Stephen. We decided to give it a try again this year, despite having heard some mixed reviews. I hate to say it, but we were very disappointed. The room was small, though immaculate. It was very dark and looked as though it could use some basic... more

My husband and I booked a room at this b&b at the last minute. Usually, last minute availability means bad things. Not this time. The Beaconlight is a very pretty home, maintained to high standards, and very centrally located less than a block from the central street and so close to all the bars, clubs and restaurants. The room was... more

I have stayed at several Inns in Provincetown over the years (Anchor Inn, Benchmark Inn, and the Brass Key) and thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Beacon Light. Although other Inns may have newer furnishings and amenities, nothing can compare to the charm and comfort of a place like the Beacon Light. The owners went out of their way to... more

The Beaconlight Guesthouse is in the heart of the West End which is the most desired part of town. The house itself is operated by Keith and Mark who go above and beyond to be sure each guest has what they need during their stay. The rooms are immaculate but also cozy. A beautiful breakfast is offered every morning from... more

I had a very memorable experience while at the Beaconlight. My room was beautiful, private, and immaculate. Breakfast was richly laid out every morning, and the quality of the ingredients was impressive. I think the Beaconlight is a very special place; the rooftop deck alone took my breath away. There's no other deck like it in P-town (which you can... more

My husband and I were looking for a quiet, romantic getaway after the madness of Christmas. We arrived the day after Christmas, having booked a 2 day stay in the Cape Ann Suite. We were greeted by Mark who was welcoming and accomodating. He actually checked us in in the middle of their Boxing day Dinner. The suite was lovely,... more

The Beaconlight is a nice-looking property in a pretty good location. The problem I ran into was, the room was small and the ceiling ridiculously low, to the point where I was unsure if I could take a shower. I politely pointed this out to the manager and he absolutely could not have cared less. Subsequently I wrote about this... more

Stayed in the Queen Anne Suite, which is I believe their largest suite. Large, clean and well run. The owners and staff were extremely helpful, gave great restaurant and tour advice. Would definitely stay again. Five Stars .... more

This was my first trip to Provincetown and my first time staying in a guesthouse. I had a fantastic time! One of the owners picked me up at the airport and gave me a little tour of Provincetown. He gave me a few recommendations for dinner and sightseeing. I stayed in a wonderful downstairs room that had its own outside... more
