Inn keepers, John and Kathy, welcomed us into their historic inn. They were very helpful, made a delicious breakfast and offered restaurant suggestions. The inn is immaculate and is only a short walk to Bearskin Neck, restaurants and shops. We highly recommend this inn if you are planning a stay in Rockport. more

A wonderful first time B&B experience. The inn is spotless and nicely appointed. Our room was lovely and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The inn is a short walk to the shops on Bearskin Neck and the ocean. Kathy and John are delightful innkeepers. They make you feel like family. We'd definitely revisit this inn! more

Stayed one night in June whilst doing a tour of new england. Wish I had booked longer. B&B was beautiful, relaxing and welcoming. Felt at home. Inn keepers helpful, warm and homely.
