The hotel is centrally located in Worcester, MA. When you walk in the front doors there is a cozy fireplace in the center of the lobby. A great place to sit and relax. The hotel's accommodations were not bad- the room was fairly nice and the conference center was also above average, but I'm having some problems getting bogus charges taken off my credit card. The bottle of water in the room is $2.50, so clearly I had no interest in that, but was charged anyway. Also, please don't expect anything resembling "fast"... more

Reception area looks lovely-- friendly staff there as well. However, no one controlled the many, many loud children running around for the solid two hours I was in the lounge the first evening. This is a Crowne Plaza? I know it's Worcester, but it needs a major facelift. Who puts wallpaper in the bathroom? Also, I thought Chain Hotels were supposed to have nice beds. This was one of the most unpleasant experiences we have ever had in a hotel. I do not know where to begin. The staff was indifferent at best. The room we were given was totally unacceptable, half the furniture missing. No apologies or offer to change our room.
