Okay, first of all the one GOOD thing about this stay was the nice lady when I checked in, she was very helpful. Now for the Bad, I had BLOODSTAINS on my pillowcase, a piece of (maybe) bacon IN my bed and hair everywhere!!! I had hair on my clean towels, the hair situation was so bad that my dirty... more

Went to an event at the hotel. Attended a great seminar by the company that booked the meeting room there. HOWEVER, I felt so bad for the girl that was conducting the seminar. I witnessed the employees fooling around and one (the bartender?)even verballly harrassed the poor girl. He later told my husband that he was having a bad day... more

My husband just stayed here on business. He decided to stay here based on the rate, "complimentary services", and photos. When he arrived he found it to be nothing like the images. Instead it was rather sleazy, and the free internet was NOT in each room but only those close to the lobby, nothing like other Ramadas that we had... more

I reserved a non smoking room by calling the property directly. When I checked in I noticed that my room had two ashtrays in it. I suffer from allergies and my sense of smell is not so good, so I could not detect a tobacco odor, however. I looked around the room and didnt see any 'Non-Smoking" signs anywhere. On... more

This hotel is dirty, they have spiders and eggs in every room. The shower curtains are smelly and the walls are falling in. Our toilet was help up by a piece of painted wood. We stayed in room 122 and I wouldn't let an animal stay in there. Do your self a favor stay at a clean and friendly hotel. more

We spent two nights at this motel. Positives: The AC worked well, and housekeeping did a nice job straightening up the room. Linens were clean and we had plenty. Most of the hotel staff was friendly and happy to help if anything was needed. Negatives: Needs updating and re-decorating, the breakfast buffet needs to be refilled quicker as items run... more

This hotel is a wanna be hotel. They've updated the rooms but not upgraded the place. We had three rooms - one was a suite. Suite was basically two rooms turned into a suite - so there were two doors to it. It's an outside motor inn style - loud - doors slamming - cold - and that was November.... more

Place is a pit!! Infested with little red bugs, hotel clerk said "what do you want us to do about it?"! Dirty towels, hair in the shower, no indoor pool as advertised - it is actually next door at another hotel! No laundrey facilities as advertised, they have been broken down for a month or more, no intent to repair!... more

This is a motel (Battle Creek Inn) that was bought out by the Ramada chain and remodeled. This is not a high class hotel. Room doors open to the outdoors. 3 very small uncomfortable pillows on a very comfortable king bed. Clean room. Bathtub obviously remodeled by the placement of a tub liner. The tub bottom was kind of squishy.... more
