Our check-in was very fast. At first we were told they didn't have a room reserved for dog owners. Then the front desk said they did. Our room was great and the bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean and didn't smell like smoke even though it was a smoking room. more

Even with reservations, checking-in was a very slow process. Several people ahead of me could not check-in (posted check-in is 3PM) because their rooms had not been cleaned yet and were asked to come back in an hour or so - it was after 3:30PM. The hotel itself is very nice. It is only about a year old. Room was clean and bathroom nice sized. Shower worked well. One complaint I do have is that the gym does not have any air conditioning so it was hot in there. Also, some of the staff was not friendly, especially the person that worked the breakfast room. more
