Great place to stay in henderson Nv. My son was staying there for business with his family and we visited them at the property for 4 days. We had breakfast , Dinner and Happy hour and went swimming with the grandson. All the staff were GREAT! The property for being a year old looks brand new and very well kept... more
I am very pleased with this hotel. It's not your resort or some "pay for the strip view" type of place (who spends so much on just a view anyway!). This place was great to get more of the real city of LAS, there is a nice casino next door, chain and non-chain restaurants around (hotel is in a commercial... more
A little off the "beaten path", but lots of restaurants nearby, and a casino next door (surprise!). What makes this property special was the staff. Great front desk info and welcome. Room was very clean and quiet. Seemed to have limited parking, though. more
We recently stayed at Hilton Garden Inn in Henderson, NV to enjoy the "sin city". I am so delighted that we had chosen to stay outside the hussle and buzzle of the Vegas strip by staying outside the city. Driving to the city was not challenging at all, it was about 10 minutes to the strip. Upon arrival @ Hilton... more
All hotels in the strip area were solid booked so we found this one and the drive from Henderson to the strip and back was only 10-12 mins. Stayed for 2 nights during New Year's Eve weekend. Rooms were average - your typical HGI. However, spacious 'coz we were given the handicapped room. I don't know why (maybe it's because... more
Great Location if you are in Henderson. Especially after going to Las Vegas Bowl game and want to get good rest and not get tempted by table games! more
Nice, new hotel....room great, food good. Near Sunset Station casino, which has inexpensive gaming tables and slots. However, we had to change rooms because of construction outside. It was another building and they were banging on steel at 7:00am. When we called down the front desk woman said "well it is not a hilton building"...like that mattered!!!! After asking for... more
Based on a previous positive experience with HGI, we booked in Henderson for 5 days while house hunting and were not disappointed. Very good general location and within walking distance or short car ride of stores and restaurants. Convenient parking. Nice outdoor patio area. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Hotel is clean and well kept. Room was a very... more
Henderson is fast becoming the Ft. lauderdale (or New jersey) of the Vegas area. Nothing but wide 6-lane boulevards, strip malls, larger malls, and chain hotels with an occasional casino and bar thrown in. That said, the HGI was a clean, comfortable, and semi-intimate locale for a recent small-ish annual conference that only required the available 3 meeting rooms. The... more
