What a disapointment West Winds Lodge & Condo in Ruidoso New Mexico has become. It appears that the "New Owners" have little knowledge of how to run and maintain a Lodge & Condos. We have stayed at West Winds Condo's for years. It was always neat, clean and peaceful. The owners were always available and we never had any problems.... more
