We travelled to Chobe with a group of 36 people on an incentive through our company. Chobe is very impressive, and even on the driveway up to the lodge we spotted all sorts of wildlife - elephants, giraffe, impala. The lodge is very nice and authentic to Africa. The rooms are nice and we were lucky enough to be upgraded... more

Stayed at Chobe Game Lodge, march 19th - 22th 2008. We were meet by Matilda who is such a wonderful person explaining us everything. What was not to love about this hotel? Great location, friendly staff, lovely size rooms with terraces, excellent food, great game drives and boat trips on the Chobe River with very knowledgeable staff. Guest relations very helpful in confirming our transfers etc. All inclusive means exactly that, with the exception of a few premium alcohol brands - all meals, early... more

I was supposed to have stayed at Chobe Savanna Lodge, but because of the heavy rains this season hasd to be robooked into the game lodge. The hotel was immaculate, service was fantastic, and the location, right inside the Reserve and on the Chobe River... more

A fantastic experience for the two nights we stayed there in late Mr 07. The staff was particularly outstanding - friendly, attentive, effective. Just plain nice! Good game viewing (but no rhino in Botswana these days). Rooms were comfortable and well appointed. Food was surprisingly good for being as remote as we were. Our driver Likubu seemed to find all... more

This is a wonderful hotel. It is really quite elegant for an African safari. The accomodations are excellent, the food is great, the service is impeccable. We saw lots of animals including a leopard and lions. The setting is awesome. I hope to return very soon. more

We arrived at Chobe after travelling from Cape Town where we got married. We were collected from the Borderpost by a member of Chobe staff and transfered to the lodge in one of the safari vehicles. Probably the best choice of vehicles for the half hour trip as the roads are quite bumpy and sandy. The vehicles are covered but... more
