Stayed 2 nights in Xigera recently and had a great time. This is a very friendly camp where you immediately feel at home. There is a large open sided communal area for drinks / relaxing and a nice plunge pool and sun deck. Two nights a week (Tuesday and Thursday I think) the staff dress-up and put a singing show... more

Ideally located for both wet Delta experiences (mekoro, motorboat rides) and dry (walks in bush). Xigera has delightful and comfortable luxury tents connected by walkways, very competent guides, and good food. We spent two days there, as part of 6 days in Botswana, and had a great time. more

This is a wonderful camp - very comfortable with a slightly rustic feel which is entirely appropriate for remote camps in the Okavango Delta. The range of activities is nicely varied because this is a water camp. You can explore in a mekoro (dugout canoe), or take a speedboat trip through the river systems - this was really the highlight... more
