Bugs in the bed; flies in the shower; no hot water; missing drawers; uneven floors; missing ceiling tiles; lumpy beds; looks likes a a Russian Gulag; filthy rooms, hallways and elevators; We travel as a family about 6 times a year, all across the country, and this was positively the worst we've ever statyed in. more

We stopped here on our way to Florida for a one night stay and were very disappointed. The room was not clean and smelled moldy. The pull-out bed was completely lopsided and unbelievably uncomfortable, had there been vacancies elsewhere, we would have moved. The Binghamton, New York, Quality Inn and Suites is very convenient to I-81 and has restaurants nearby. It was clean and the staff was knowledgeable and helpful. They serve an adequate continental breakfast. It is pet friendly although they charge a fee. That said, this hotel is showing its age and it's starting to look rundown.
