First of all, I had an e-mail confirmation from LaTourelle for an on-line reservation - and THEY DID NOT HAVE MY RESERVATION - I had the print out with me, and they found me a room, but they were rude during the entire process. Room was bland and plain, albeit large. Spa overcharged me. more
