I was very disappointed with the motel management and their flexibility. If you for any reason you have to cancel a reservation and you miss even one day in advance of policynotice, they charge a full day, absolutely no flexibility. My stay at the "skytop" was great. Rooms were clean, service was good and there is a magnificent view/scenery. The location is good, located on a hill overlooking mountains. Front desk were kind. The man at the desk was unbelievably rude to everyone, the rooms were filthy and uncomfortable, the bed was as hard as a rock, my window didn't lock and the doors and walls were paper thin, it was so noisy.
