Had to find a hotel in a hurry for a family emergency and Sky Top had the lowest rates. Read the reviews which were all over the map, but still liked the rates. My stay was excellent, the rooms were clean but a little dated. I didn't expect the Ritz, but was pleasantly surprised. I arrived around midnight after a... more

If you have a choice- DON'T STAY IN THIS MOTEL - This is one of the worst hotels I have seen - it is nothing like they describe. I walked in my room - and about 2 minutes later - walked out. The room was old, smelled, the phone, T.V. and light did not work. The door looked flimsey -... more

We stayed two nights. It has a nice secluded location atop a bluff, minutes from Kingston. The staff was pleasant and helpful. If you have neighbors, be ready to get to know their daily routine well. The walls muffle voices only slightly. The heater worked well, but the temp adjustment is such that both nights we were alternately hot then... more

The manager treated us with contempt and hostility from the start. We brought our dogs with us because the property advertised itself as pet friendly. We told them we had dogs when we checked in, and they said no problem. Later, when we asked for a "Do Not Disturb" sign so no one would knock on our door and make... more

This property looks great on the outside, but is seedy, unclean, lacking in innkeeper hospitality, and full of inconveniences. The room I stayed in had chipped furniture, peeling paint, dusty ventilation fan in the bathroom, dirty bathroom tile, and my dog found a number of items under the bed, reflecting poor housekeeping. There were no trash cans on the grounds.... more

Not one to write much. I was one of the six pilots who booked a room together to fly in to see the airshow. All I can say is, I as well as the fellow who roomed with me had a very good experience . The rooms were very clean and the service was great. I plan to stop back... more

I had an excellent stay in this hotel! I flew in to Kingston airport with 5 other pilots in 6 planes for the Old Rhinebeck Airshow. The manager, Dilesh, was very nice, professional, and honest with us. I had read the bad ratings and discussed this with him - he assured me the areas had been rectified and he was... more

I guess a year can make a big difference. I picked this motel because it was a midway point for meeting a friend and is pet friendly. Upon arrival I could check in early and the person at the desk could not have been nicer. She had great suggestions for places to go in the next 24 hours and suggested... more

My boyfriend and I found this motel online and booked a room for a weekend based on their website, which was very promising. The night before taking off we went online and found the horrible reviews of this place posted here. It was too late to change anything, so we came here prepared for the worst. We can't believe how... more

Okay, I just have to write this story, because I totally didn't stay here because of the phone conversation that I had with the manager! I called to book two room over Columbus Day weekend for my family. The woman who I spoke to initially quoted me price rates of $94.00 for each room. The woman then said that she... more
