It was like a ghost town. The whole place was empty. If you want a quiet place to stay this is for you. The room was big. It was a bit dated but nice. We had 2 queen beds and pull out couch. Lots of room for our cooler and scooters. The grounds were hugh and hilly the kids loved... more

Great time. It was a lot of fun. The food was really good, the room could have been a little better, but I'm not complaining. This is a ranch, not a 5 star hotel. I feel some people didn't catch onto that. This isn't the place to stay for a biker rally or for a honeymoon, this is the place... more

Stayed at the "Resort" for 3 nights with a large goup. All were less than impressed to say the least, And, in fact, some left early due to the uncomfortable accomodations. Rooms were musty, moldy and had no amenities....not even a clock! The blankets and bed spreads clearly have been in use for the last 30 years....I slept in my... more

My wife and I stayed at the RBR from 2-9 June 2008 for the Americade Motorcycle Rally. We paid $158 a night which is more than the "average" rate quoted on this web site. We were placed in the "Navaho" building which is the first building on the facility by the duck/goose pond. The room was outdated in every respect.... more

Looks like this resort is past it's hay day. My 10yr old neice loved the horses but it was too cold to swim and other than a magician one night, there was not much to do. The room was fairly dismal with the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept on. I literally could not sleep because the mattress was... more

This place is beautiful. It a very private resort and the land it's on is beautiful. My children loved the many activities especially going with the child counselor. She was very excellent with our children and they always had a great time. The food was also excellent and the staff that served us were very pleasent and attentive. We also... more

It close enough to everything but far enough away to have a peaceful and relaxing vacation. There were plenty of activites for my children to do there was horseback riding... more

This was the place to stay in the Adirondack.Lake George area. Quiet grounds, great food, warm friendly non-intrusive service, a homey place, clean and comfortable. It is not luxury but restful and certainly meets more than the basics. The wranglers were wonderful. and the memories of those morning rides with my daughters and our friends will be wonderful. The food... more

When we went in Aug. 2007 our room was remodled. The carpet, bedding, and bath were all new. The room was very clean. The management was helpful and courteous. The ranch was picturesque and offered many forms of entertainment for families. There were 2 pools, pooltables, horsebacking riding, tennis courts, and a workout room. Our room did not have an... more
