This is your better than average Best Western. The rooms were comfortable, the breakfast was adequate. Most helpful was the staff. We ended up arriving around 4am b/c our car broke down. This is not your 5-star, high-end hotel. However, the staff genuinely cares about the quality of your stay. I stayed at the Inn for 5 nights while in Plattsburgh on business.
