The rooms were not clean. The carpets haven't been cleaned in years. Bed linens were thin and didn't fit the bed. Bedspread was dirty and had many stains on it.Notified management but nothing was done to clean the room during my stay nor did they attempt to talk with me.Rooms were very small compared to other Hamptons.Very disappointed! more

Good option only 4 miles from the airport and well located in Rochester, good breakfasts, nice staff etc. My only complaint was that the beds in our room needed replacing, they were a little shot and sloped downward toward the head of the bed. But since we only stayed one night, it was fine. more
