Quite incredible. Our time at the lodge was a wonderful introduction to our safari. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The park itself is fairly small and you tend to do the same routes over, so two days was probably about right for us. Accommodation and food were outstanding (as per normal with CC Africa).... more

This lodge set deep inside the intimate Lake Manyara park is beautiful and a one of a kind lodging experience. Spent two nights in a tree house. Probably the nicest tree house out there that ever could exist. Comfortable bed under a net, double sinks, outdoor shower that's pretty exotic. This was the least favorite safari stop for game viewing, but maybe we just had off days. There are tons of cool birds here, elephants, zillions of baboons.....but few cats.... more
