Mary and Tommy, the innkeepers, make you feel like you are family. One of our best times was sitting on the screened front porch one Fourth of July evening, chatting with Tommy, Mary, and others, and watching the fireworks. Two couples stayed in the "Gateway" cottage which had two bedrooms, two baths, a living room and kitchen. It had a lovely porch with rocking chairs overlooking pastures and mountains. Absolutely the best experience ! The whole visit was magnificent and the breakfast each morning are incredible. I continue to stay at this inn year after year. The location and atmosphere can not be beat. You might even get a late night snack courtesy of Mary(homemade brownies a la mode) if you're lucky.
