I don't even know where to begin this place was so awful. They could let people stay here for free and it wouldn't be worth it. Front desk staff were rude, the place stinks, our room was dirty, (SOOO gross in fact that my normally very easy-going husband wouldn't even take his clothes off for bed!!). Carpet in room dirty.... more

My husband and I stayed here for one night only prior to flying out to Las Vegas the following day. The breakfast was not great but it was adequate and there was certainly nothing wrong with it. Room was small but clean and comfortable. Bathroom was clean. For a one night stay it was just fine. Didn't really check out... more

The entire place reeked of stale smoke. The hallway to the rooms was so dark it was unsafe at night. The curtains in the room did not close. The shower curtain was full of mold. The pictures on the internet are very, very deceiving. The sheets were too small for the bed so they came off immediately. The sheets were... more

We stayed at Motel 75 for many years. They always took a coupon from The Winnipeg Free Press as well as punched the 75 club card. With Grand Inn it's one or the other, not both, but the Grand Inn in Grand Forks and Moorehead will do both. Plus Motel 75 used to have stay 7 nights, 8th night free.... more

When we arrived, the girl at the front desk was extremely unproffessional. The room smelled of stale smoke, and was not clean. We found hair in the bed!! The dog in the next room peed on our door, which caused an even beiiger smell in the air. Then at 5:00am the fire alarm went off, and did not stop for... more

We recently stayed at the Grand Inn over the Thanksgiving holiday and requested a non-smoking room. What we received was a room directly over a smoking room which smelled horribly of smoke. It was just like someone was smoking in our room all night long. The beds were so uncomfortable and the room was not all that clean. We did... more

I completely agree with the last review. We had been staying at the Grand Inn (Motel 75) twice a year for the last 10 years during our bi-annual shopping trips to Fargo. We often enjoyed this hotel as an extremely clean, comfortable, friendly and high-value stay at less than $40 a night but the recent management (and name) change has... more

A friend recommended the Grand Inn as an inexpensive, but clean motel. I guess if walking dingy hallways and inhaling stale cigarette smoke is your thing, this place would be ok. On a positive note, once we were in our room it was bearable. Since we spent most of our weekend out, we decided to stay, but we would definitely... more
