The hotel is in a quieter part of the resort which we love and it's clean and tidy and the room cleanliness is great but we encountered the rudest receptionist, porter and manager I've ever met in all my years of travelling. Definitely a hotel to be avoided. more

The hotel is close to the beach and this is the only positive side. The pool is overcrowded. The rooms are very basic, not 4 star quality. The service is not personal. The breakfast is good selection but long quies and too many russians staying in this hotel. Never again. Try kempisnki next door. more
