First the problem: I stayed at this hotel for 1 month. It has two elevators for use by both passenger and employees. 2 - 3 times a week the same elevator broke down. We were delighted with our huge room. We had all the usual amenities of a Residence Inn kitchen, office area, bedroom, but this one had the charm off the 1940's.
