I booked this hotel on Make My Trip as it was a "recommended" hotel. What a mistake! Although I had paid for all meals and accommodation in advance, I couldn't face a night here. We booked this through an Indian travel website, as we wanted to escape Mumbai for the weekend. What we found was a total disgrace.
