What a horrible nightmare. Stained bedsheets ,appauling food, rude service, no english speaking staff, dirty crockery.... For a place that charges over £500 a night the standards were worse than a 3 star hotel in Staines. Managment has changed since I last visited 6 years ago and does it show!!!
