AmericInn of McAlester OK is located on US 69 across from the Wal-Mart & Lowes, behind the Arbys. The rooms are similar to most mid-priced chains. . . very clean; wired internet & WiFi access. Positives: fridges & microwaves in rooms, free DVDs & players at front desk, expansive free breakfast. . .cook makes omelets, waffles, fried eggs as requested.... more

My sister and I have met in Mcalester,OK for several years because it is a halfway point between she and I. We had always stayed at the same dingy hotel( because it had an indoor pool for the kids). Now we have AmericInn!! The staff were outstanding, the hotel was clean, the pool was awesome!! We will never stay anywhere... more

Myself and 3 teenagers stayed at this hotel for a night just to get away. The staff was incredibly friendly and called me by my first name every time I went to the desk for something. They have DVD's - mostly new releases - that you can check out along with a DVD player and even throw in a few... more
