Funny, we were in room 205, they never painted where the new door knob was installed. This is a perfect hotel for a hershey stay were you just need a decent clean room. Staff was friendly, they did double bill my creditcard, but Debbie took care of it after a phone call. more

I have stayed at this hotel several times in the past while on business, and have always been pleased with it. Not after 6/10/2008 though, when I found myself locked in the bathroom of Room 205 for approximately 75 minutes due to an improperly installed door handle (lock on the outside). This isn't a great hotel; but it is very good. We got an excellent rate, the staff was friendly & competant, and the breakfast was good as well. I am surprised by some of the negative reviews since we had no problems with cleanliness or anything else. more
