Chose the Expanse because it is the probably the best known Hotel in Brid. I am afraid it is a wee bit shabby, and has lost a lot of its former glory. However the food was good and the service excellent, it was a pity that our room smelt of urine !! more

We found that the hotel was extremely comfortable. The entrance hall/reception was small, but we were greeted like old friends, and the business side of things was completed in a very efficient and friendly manner. The room was excellent! Weekend away with the kids. Decided to stay in the Expansive Hotel after reading reviews on this site and we wern't disappointed. Great food and relaxing enviroment and great location, friendly staff, room may need updating but it doesn't matter with the attention to cleanliness and the view from the window.
