We stayed at this hotel on our first flight to North America In November 2005, great hotel but you have to be careful while getting to the hotel because Its so close to a set of traffic lights, one wrong move and you gotta turn round, tried to book It again but we had a better deal elsewhere, 2007 they... more

The hotel was not what you would expect with a Ramada, however it was alright. The major issue with this hotel is its infrequent bus service from the airport to the hotel and the extra fee that they charge on top of your room fee to take it. The last bus leaves from the airport early in the evening (around... more

It is my pleasure to add yet another one-star rating for this dingy, threadbare, depressing inn. I should have known better, since it's a Ramada - apparently the hotel world's unwanted stepchild. But I threw caution to the wind and reserved a room. Water-damaged walls, smelly carpeting that was actually turning up at the corners, and a bathroom with missing... more

We booked this 'hotel' to have a restive evening in preparation for the long-haul flight the following day. What we got instead was a terrible evening with the suffocating smell of the room and a catalogue of things that are not working. It started right at the door, which is too narrow to manoever easily your luggage. The lift is... more

Our travel agent booked us in for the night before we were set to travel to usa on our honeymoon and for secure parking whilst we were away.(What a joke!) On our way there we passed all of these decent hotels in the vicinity of Heathrow airport until we started to drive into what I would call a scary neighbourhood.... more

As I work in london in the weekdays and fly back home at the weekends, I try out a lot of Hotels in the area of outer and West London, often for me economy is very important at the same time searching for some type of quality and value! This hotel is very run down and very false looking from... more

We were booked in to the hotel by my employers hotel reservation service. Unfortunately I had read some of the reviews before we stayed there but they would not change my booking! This was our last night in the UK before moving over to America for a couple of years. Ordinarily we live in SW London so we know the... more

I wanted to take my boyfriend to a nice hotel before we went away for his birthday. Unfortunatley the nice hotel, turned out to be a bit of a nightmare. I was told that it was a four star hotel, which definately isn't true. Our room was tiny, the sheets were dirty and the radiator made loud noises all night.... more

...and no I don't work there. I have just sold a hotel in Cornwall, so I know a bit about the hotel trade. I have stayed at Ramada Jarvis Heathrow at least once a year every year prior to departing for holidays in Canada. The reception and bar areas have been extensively refurbished and the old settees and chairs have... more

I needed a place to stay close to Heathrow due to a very early departure time. I found the hotel on Laterooms for GBP65 for one night - a savings of GBP60 from the regular room rate - and there was an airport shuttle service which I was concerned about for my early departure. The desk staff had no record... more
