The location is great for Waterfront Park, many restaurants, historic homes, shopping on King Street, the market and about a 15-20 minute walk to the aquarium and Fort Sumter Ferry. Trip Advisor does it again! I chose Vendue Suites based upon the Trip Advisor reviews. It did not dissappoint, and neither did Jean, the manager. She was so helpful and accomodating - offered us maps, suggestions for sightseeing and restaurants - she even produced a needle & thread for a last minute wardrobe fix. Our family recently got back from our stay at the Venue Suites over the holiday break. We stayed for 2 nights and had a 1 bedroom and a 2 bedroom suite.
