I am in Johnson City for business on occasions. I have stayed at this location and it was great. The rooms are excellent, the beds are great, and the breakfast was an extra bonus. Everyone was great. I highly recommend this location. more

I stayed in this hotel one night. The beds and linens were first quality. The staff was very thoughtful. This hotel is wonderful! It has been newly renovated and has new carpet, beds and linens. The rooms are big and the beds are very comfortable. Better room than I have had in $200/night 4 star properties. Even has complimentary high speed wireless internet. I highly recommend this hotel! more

After our miserable Thanksgiving experience at the new AmericInn in nearby Jonesborough, TN, we would have been happy to stay anywhere else. We chose the Comfort Suites for it's close proximity to I-26 and for being one exit down from the Jonesborough exit (making it easy to visit our family members there). When we booked our room we were told we would get a king size suite which included a sofa-sleeper. What we ended up in was a handicapped room with a chair that looked like it was pulled off a garbage truck before it got to the dump.
