My bridesmaids and I stayed here the night before my wedding as the ceremony was being held nearby at the Hillsong Chapel. The morning of my big day was a little bit hectic but the staff were excellent in providing us with whatever we needed and helping with whatever they could. I think they made at least 5 visits up... more

Checked in and found we had been booked into a smoking room even though we had specifically stated that non-smoking was needed. They moved us to a room that had 2 single beds as it was their only non-smoking option. (After 15 years of marriage it was weird to suddenly feel like Rob and Laura or Ward and June Cleaver... more

I had a 2 night stay at the Crowne Plaza Norwest. The King Size bed was very welcoming and provided a relaxed night sleeping. The food I ordered for room service was terrible, it tasted like something was off. Overall, its ok if you are in the area. more
