We've stayed at Opryland four times now, and intend to go back. The hotel has everything from country music on the back door (Grand Ol Opry) to great shopping (Opry Mills). This resort has beautiful public areas with waterfalls and plants and the pools are also nice. That is where the positives end. The service and the rooms are awful.
