I just spent 4 days in Dallas and stayed at the West End Hotel in Downtown. Ideal location (walking distance to many sights AND American Airlines Center, which was important to me). Stayed here one night to go to a concert at the American Airlines Center. Room was clean...it looked to be recently remodeled. Free drinks and snacks in the evening. No need to go out for dinner before the concert! Took shuttle to the concert and felt safe walking back afterwards. Free hot breakfast in the morning was great. Wonderful say.... more
