All staff members I dealt with were friendly and helpful. There are still some little things that need to be updated but overall the room was nicely redecorated, very clean, and quiet. We stayed at the Holiday Inn North Dallas to go to see the Red Sox play the Rangers. We paid $50.00 a night through bidding on priceline. Nice place...very clean. Pool area is great for the kiddies. Lounge is nice and big with a few TV's Free WI-Fi in the whole building...
