very disappointing. hotel needs updating. water never drained from bathroom sink. cheesy bath mat. no make up mirror..no q-tips or cotton balls. no mini bar. bar downstairs was too light and too noisy for enjoyment. we will never stay there again. more

Very accomodating staff and wonderful scenery. The rooms were superior and very clean. The housekeeping staff was very attentive. Beautiful lobby. Marriott rewards offered a service to honor special requests for towels, pillows, reservations, etc., but ours were not honored upon arrival. I had to call desk 4 hours later.
