This place was recently remodeled and looks fantastic. In my 3-day stay I discovered a backlight on one of the elevator buttons was burned out. I was happy to see that because pretty much everything else was so perfect. The entire staff seems trained to make customers feel welcome, and they're very helpful with everything. They made me feel valued,... more

I stayed at the Anatole from April 30, 2008 through May 4, 2008 for a business conference. This hotel cares much more about conference attendees and parties than its regular guests. Beyond being large and impersonal, this place nickel-and-dimes you. Overnight self-parking costs $15 per night, and you have to pay a fee to use their gym. They do have... more

I stayed at this property for one night on business. The hotel is located a few miles from the downtown business district of Dallas, and is accessible. Given the resouces on the property, $200/night was certainly a reasonable price to pay for lodging. I was amazed at the size of the property! The lobby has huge ceilings, with elephant scultpures,... more

I was there for a conference, and the hotel is big. It has a Hertz on site and lots of food choices. The Mexican lunch buffet, at about $18/person, was totally not worth it. Nona's was quite good and offered excellent views. It was not too convenient getting to my room, which was about as a far from an elevator... more

This destination hotel and resort has huge public spaces that can and do serve thousands of conventioners daily. There is nothing quaint or boutique about this Dallas shrine to excess, but if you have to be stuck in a hotel for days without a car, there is much here to keep you entertained: spa, pool, bars, sculpture gardens, restaurants. It's... more

I would agree with most of the other recent reviews. The rooms are large and well decorated and with coffee making facilities. TV did not have a huge choice of channels. Check in and out was extremely fast and efficient. Note this hotel is not downtown or near shops or restaurants areas. There is nothing within walking distance of the... more

We recently stayed here for a conference in April and found the hotel to be very comfortable and plush. It's a huge complex, which provides ample opportunity for things to fail, but we never found that to be the case. The front desk is efficient, quick and accomodating. The maid service was exceptional, the grounds are immaculate and the general... more

The Hilton Anatole is really amazing. Beautifully renovated, deluxe finishes everywhere. Rooms are large and well appointed. Huge walk in showers and in room safes. Beautiful outdoor spaces as well. If you are driving assume you will be staying and park near tower entrance to avoid having to walk through entire hotel. Complaints? Elevator DING DING can be heard in... more

When I arrived and realized that there was nothing in this area except the hotel and I was at a 7 day conference.. depression. But I actually enjoyed the experience. The Anatole works as a "destination" hotel. Size is a plus. The room was large; the public spaces are large. Lots of walking around space. The sculpture garden is attractive... more

I think they read these reviews because most of the complaints that I read in previous reviews were addressed. I didn't have any trouble with my bill at check-out. The staff was friendly and attentive. If they said they would do something, they did. My housekeeper could not speak English. A few minutes after an attempt to communicate failed, I... more
