I am a total hotel snob, and I loved my stay at this hotel. I was staying at the Hilton, because I was traveling with a big festival, and the rest of the bands and groups were booked there. We had a terrific weekend stay at the Hilton Houston Southwest. My spouse and I were greeted very nicely, and were checked in promptly. There were four people behind the front desk. We had a major event at this hotel, costing thousands of dollars and were treated like DIRT. It was the worst experience ever and the management staff was TERRIBLE ! NO CUSTOMER SERV ICE AT ALL; AT ALL!!!!! The way they treated us "other people" as we were so passionately called was nothing less than unacceptable. I was very disappointed!!!!! more
