The staff at the Westchase are really excellent. They seemed to genuinely want me to be satisfied with my stay. The rooms appear to be newly renovated and they have the new Hilton bed package, which I find quite comfortable. This hotel is old. The carpets, walls, everything, looks old. Most annoying thing is the airconditioning fan. The fan turns on and off throughout the night, and it is very noisy. It woke me up each time. Hi-speed internet was not free when I stayed. more
